I absolutely adored this look so much!
I wanted to keep everything neutral, while having the eyes be the center of attention. Adding warm shades into the crease and blending everything out softly kept the look in my comfort zone while still adventuring with bright colors. I love doing looks like this that are daring yet comfortable to wear.
I paired the look with a pale pink shirt and my favorite pair of purple high-waisted jeans. All of the colors mixing together to create a classic comfy and casual summer outfit.

I wanted the face to have a full coverage, yet a natural finish. The No7 foundation is medium coverage, leaving a lot to still be seen and giving the face a very natural dewy finish. While the Hard Candy foundation is complete full coverage covering up everything. I’ve noticed that the Hard Candy foundation always tends to look incredibly cakey on my face- Especially around my nose. But, mixing these two foundations together is a perfect mixture for a flawless yet natural look to the skin.
All of the powders are light on the skin. The NYX Translucent & Banana powders setting the foundation, but not being too much on the skin – making everything look natural instead of cakey. The Too Faced and Revolution products blended into the skin, warming up the face and giving definition to my lost cheekbones. The Forever 21 blush adds color back to my face in a very subtle way. the Revolution Shimmer Brick giving a very warm and natural glow.

I wanted to keep the eyes the center of the attention. Keeping the eyebrows soft, and playing the rest of the face safely gave me the room to be bold with the eyes. Using the warmer shades in the crease gave the look a very wearable aspect. It blended into the rest of the face so the pink on the lids was even more vibrant.
Taking in a mix of purples into the crease brought together the color palette- Pinks and purples being blended by taupes and neutrals. I wanted everything to be blended out softly but not messy or muddy. Wanting the pink to blend in and go well with the purples but not lose its pigmentation. Using a large blending brush with no additional product, I softly blended the line between the lid and crease.
I wanted everything to be well blended so that the eyeliner would look even sharper against all of the soft edges. Taking the Physicians Formula eyeliner to create such a structured wing, it’s brush shape allowing me to do fine detail while also filling everything in. Paring it with the Better Than Sex mascara gave the lashes the finishing touch the eyes needed. Giving my lashes volume and lifting the eyes.
- NYX Matte Lip Cream (Zurich)
I love this lip color for more bold looks. I didn’t want to compete with the eyes, I knew I wanted a nude on the lips. I was torn between this one, a very pink-based nude, or a more, true nude.
I ended up going with this shade because of the way it complemented the pinks on the eyes, and made the face products pop. It pulled everything together, blending it all into a completed look.
I hope you all enjoyed today’s look!
